INTL. SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL Shipping is not Free!....WE DO SHIP WORLDWIDE....PLEASE EMAIL FOR QUOTE....very important, we ship all international orders either thru the post office First Class International or Priority Mail International, UPS or thru FedEx. Some of these services are not the cheapest, but they are the fastest and safest. The shorter the time a package is in transit, the lesser the chance for a problem to occur.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS/DUTY/TAX CHARGES LEVIED BY YOUR COUNTRY, if you have specific customs declaration instructions we would be happy to accommodate you as best we can. We have no idea what your home country customs may assess as fees. We will gladly combine your auction wins to give you the best shipping package deal possible. Please wait up to 48 hours for us to send your final invoice with International shipping costs. You do not have to email us after the auction requesting a quote, we will send one to you. We ship WORLDWIDE! If you cannot get us a question about shipping charges in time for us to respond please know that we charge actual shipping plus a $5 handling fee (Please also note that any quote for an order of $400 or more that goes through USPS will have separate insurance added which will cost a bit more depending on the value of the item). Also any order that is under 3lbs in weight can be shipped through USPS First Class International, while we do not recommend this method (for reasons stated above) we will provide it as an option when applicable. We will even hold off shipping on paid orders if you still want to do more shopping past your current package. This way you can save your hard earned money and benefit from combined shipping. Just contact us and let us know when to hold back your package.
COMBINED SHIP.

Multiple wins will be combined for shipment, but given size and weight of items at times this may not result in a reduction of the stated per handling/shipping charge. To be safe, assume that the shipping & handling charge will be applied PER AUCTION, and factor the stated cost into your bidding. Multiple wins with free shipping will combined and sent to a single address. Multiple wins which are a mix of Free Shipping and Stated Shipping cost will be charged the stated shipping costs. We can accommodate certain requests outside of our standard policies, but any additional costs, fees or handling will be at the expense of the buyer. For any questions or special requests, please contact us before auction end.

ABOUT US

The name Sparkle City Comics is currently and historically important in regards to vintage comic books for numerous reasons. We invite you to take a look at our company history. Brian Schutzer, CEO of Neat Stuff Collectibles, revived Sparkle City Comics, a name familiar to many who have been around the comic industry for at least a few years.
Schutzer started Neat Stuff Collectibles over 10 years ago, since then Neat Stuff Collectibles has established itself as one of the top buyers and sellers of comic books, toys, sports, music and all other collectibles. He said he saw a niche in the market for a seller willing to turn over entire collections in more of a wholesale format. “While most dealers prefer to piece out every single item, Neat Stuff Collectibles has focused on velocity and volume in order to establish what is now the only comic books and other stuff entire collection wholesaler in the industry,” he said. In other words, “Neat Stuff Collectibles invented its own market.” He said that over the past few years he has focused on original comic book artwork and established Brian Howard Art through which he has become known as a top buyer for the material. The experience and contacts made through that process have encouraged him to turn his attention to rare, vintage, high grade comic books. The first Silver Age comic book he ever purchased was a Fine copy of Amazing Spider-Man #14 from the original Sparkle City Comics at a convention in New York City. It helped him get hooked on collecting and still stands out in his mind among his favorite experiences in the hobby, he said. In Sparkle City Comics, it is Brian's intention to re-establish that name at the pinnacle of the hobby. He presents weekly and event auctions on eBay featuring what he describes as “a constantly fresh array of CGC comics of stunning magnitude and scope.” Additionally he promises, “For consignors an unbeatable 10 days to get paid, 10 days to sell, and the lowest commissions in the industry with no buyer’s premium. For buyers, true, honest no-reserve auctions.
