Small spots of newton rings are present on the front of the case. These manifest as a wet or oily appearance which is caused when the inner well plastic of the case touches the harder outer case plastic. These do not affect the condition of the comic inside the case in any way.

Ships fully insured via Federal Express . I ve had too many packages lost and/or delivered extremely late to continue using the USPS unfortunately.
Shipping cost is a flat rate since Ebay keeps overcharging quite a bit when shipping this method.
USPS will be used for residents of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or any destination in which it costs significantly more to ship with FedEx.
USPS will also be used for deliveries to PO boxes since FedEx will not deliver to them.
