There are no returns on this product as it is being sold as advertised. Upon completion of the sale and payment has been confirmed, the package will ship via UPS ground within - days. I can ship USPS if requested as I understand the hassle of owning a PO Box that does not accept UPS shipments. I will need notification ahead of time if this is required. As the auction states, shipping costs are .00 but there will be a surcharge for buyers from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. I can ship to Canada but will not ship to other international locations as the price of shipping can skyrocket.
