YOU ARE BIDDING ON: A very rare comic book, Action Comics signed by the co-creater of Superman, Jerry Siegel. He only signed 000 copies and this is number . The reprint year of this book is . Jerry Siegel nbsp passed away nbsp just a few years later in the 0s. This comic is graded . by CGC. The certification number is 0 00 . You can go to www.cgccomics.com and scroll down to mid page and see a place to type in this number under Certification Lookup. It will show the exact comic book, that is was in fact signed by Jerry Siegel, the grade . it was given and the year it was graded. A CoA is also included with this amazing comic book to show authenticity of Jerry Siegel s autograph. Please NOTE and look at the picture. On the CGC case there is a crack on the top as you can see. The comic book is still completely untouched and cannot be removed from this case without breaking it apart. The crack doesn t effect the grading of the comic book because it is still sealed inside the case. The comic book is tightly sealed in plastic inside the acrylic case to keep anything from getting to it. The top left corner where the crack ends at is slightly cracked as well. Of course since there is a crack, the case opens about / 0 an inch on the side, but that s ONLY if you actually try to open is. If you don t try to open the case, then it s still tight and sealed and only appears as a crack at the top. The case doesn t open on it s own at all as it s still very sealed. nbsp Which is not much at all, I just wanted to include that in the description. The comic book can be resent into CGC to get recased and have a brand new one for only from a local comic shop or you can send it in yourself just by going to their website.
