Story behind how we came by this comic: nbsp Was living in Colorado Springs, CO when this comic was released new and frequented a local comic store. nbsp By fortune and chance, it was nbsp accidentally nbsp placed back on the shelf after the patron who pre-ordered it never came to purchase and pick it up. nbsp Being a fan of zombie comics, I bought it right away. nbsp The comic series later became popular with The Walking Dead TV show and the rest is history. nbsp Kept the comic in excellent condition and never read or opened it, which is why the CGC rating is so high. nbsp
