This item is extremely rare. If you look for an original piece of art from Stan Lee most of the time you will find a Spiderman, but even those are extremely hard to come by. An even greater challenge will be to find it certified and sealed by CGC so you know it it real. The board this is sketched on is the size of a comic book backboard. So this piece is a quite large sketch from Stan as well making it even more of a rarity. As you know the year old Stan Lee is the Super Comic Creator behind Marvel. Stan has created or co-created many of the huge titles in comic history.

The last picture is a Blank Spiderman cover that had been signed along with a small Spiderman head that recently ended here on eBay. I added the pic so you can see how much Original Art from Mr. Lee is worth.
