As it states in the description - nbsp

There is a very small area of what appears to be old glue/paste on the top inside spine - see photos - I m not sure if this was an early attempt at conservation/restoration many years ago or just a clumsy child with sticky fingers in the 0 s.

Other than the above there is no evidence at least to my inexpert eyes of any restoration/conservation.
