Shipping for anywhere in North America is for the first book and I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchase.

Why is shipping nbsp The biggest reason is due to Canada post and eBay/paypal rules requiring tracking etc. nbsp I do not make money on shipping. nbsp For my brothers/sisters in the south I lose a minimum of on each shipment. nbsp For my Canuckheads I will refund the extra.
