Our policies and procedures: Shipping: Items under . will ship without insurance. If the buyer wishes insurance it will be added at an additional cost to the buyer. Items 0.00 to . will ship with tracking and insurance this is included in the quoted shipping price within the auction. Items 00.00 and above will ship with insurance, tracking and will require signature confirmation. nbsp Lost or damaged items: If an item arrives damaged and it is insured through USPS, the buyer will have to submit the insurance claim with the post office. We cannot do it on our end. nbsp The buyer will need to bring the damaged items and shipping box to the USPS as well. Lost insured items will be refunded immediately through paypal and we will handle the insurance claim on our end. By winning or bidding on any of our items the buyer agrees to this conditions listed above.
