Book was not pressed or altered in anyway when submitted.
The reason for the high shipping is the cost of insurance.

This has been relisted to the fact buyers have not communicated to me on intent to pay.This is now an immediate payment when purchased or the comic will still be listed.Sorry for the inconvenience of this but I think that something is going on with this particular comic.Which in turn creates stricter guidelines.With this being graded if returned a grading fee from CGC will be subtracted from the total refund.It will have to be regraded before a refund will be done.A restocking fee of will be also subtracted. I want to make sure this goes smooth for the buyer not a competitor causing havoc.Sorry but I will not take a chance of something suspicious happening with such a key book.
